Resmed AirCurve 10 VAuto BiPAP is an auto-adjusting bilevel device that uses both the AutoSet algorithm and the Easy-Breathe waveform to treat obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patients who can benefit from high-pressure support. This device works by adjusting baseline pressure to keep the airway open while maintaining constant pressure support. It is compatible with supplemental oxygen up to 15 L/min in VAuto BiPAP and CPAP modes and 4 L/min in VAuto mode. The BiPAP machine automatically adjusts to deliver one pressure for inhalation and another for exhalation. The BiPAP Machine feature of this machine can monitor inhalation and exhalation patterns. People with respiratory disorders such as COPD or obstructive lung disease can exercise.
